Adobe Photoshop

Hand drawn animation scans

We moved onto looking into a good example for gif, the file was called ‘jump’, I think made by Jay Payne himself. He wanted to show us a process in how to output into a movie as well.  We did our own little experimentation on this document. Initially we did the same thing we had done on our own document but this time we did not save for web, we opened up render video and changed the preset to medium quality.  This way we made out own mini movie with the jump. Unfortunately I accessed the computer that did not allow me to save the video on the desktop, after the 4th attempt, I decided to restart the computer and again I received the same situation. It only allowed me to save it on my memory stick, which did not appear until I restarted the computer.  I must say that I did learn better in this session because I repeated the process 4 times, which effectively stayed in my mind.  I will always remember to bring my memory stick to prevent situation like this.

If we was doing something that is built in multiple layers, graphical build up, we could use animation gif to show how we build it up in layers, as my work in earth artifact where I used multiple layers. I think it is worth a try to use, as an experiment.Below is my outcome, it is very simple, however i still did enjoy the whole process.
